The StringDancer Guitar Community was launched January 13, 2000, one of the world's first fully interactive guitar communities.

Created and webmastered by Jeff Foster, SD is an award-winning portal for guitarists and other stringed-instrument players of every stripe, offering articles, lessons, forums and blogs, audio/video resources, photo galleries, great deals on music gear, various and sundry instructional tools and much more. It’s a labor of love.

In early 2010, SD was redesigned, incorporating Facebook as a community front-end, and Wordpress for our guitar resources & blogs. Check us out:
