Jeff began giving private lessons on guitar, banjo and bass in the early 70s as a teenager at a local guitar shop in his hometown of Muncie, Indiana. His early training in classic and contemporary guitar technique, music notation and theory has played an enormous role in his development as a player, and he enjoys sharing this important knowledge base with motivated students. Teaching music has always been a cornerstone of Jeff's professional life, and over the years he has honed the skills necessary to reveal the intricate complexities of guitar playing in managable, progressive lessons, while preserving the fun and enjoyment of the music-making process.
