Lost Cabin Lodge | Frank Jones & Jeff Foster

Longtime fans and friends of Nashville, Indiana in beautiful Brown County (one of the nation’s oldest and most celebrated artist colonies) and its ever-vibrant music scene remember LOST CABIN LODGE as a monthly, locally-produced one-hour syndicated radio program.

Frank Jones and Jeff Foster

LCL ran from January 2017 to April 2028, the brainchild of host Frank Jones and producer Jeff Foster (aided early in the show’s development by Del Sheets of the Little Nashville Recording Studio). The musical duo of Foster Jones was quite active around town in those days. and Lost Cabin Lodge was a natural extension of their talents, centered on the off-the-cuff humor and verbal gymnastics of Frank Jones.

LCL featured a revolving cadre of prominent Brown County musicians, artists, poets, local movers & shakers, assorted fictional characters and other mischievous miscreants.

The show was purposefully down-home, spontaneous, fun and entertaining, focusing on local music, with frequent bits of comedic ad-libs, semi-serious left-handed commentary and other digitized diversions. Whatever would stick to the walls, basically.
